1. What is Japan Program?
This is a On the job training program in Japan with salary for 3 years.
2. What is its objective?
Its aim is to spread Japanese technology and work style in India. And also open employment opportunities for Indian youth
3. How much salary will trainees get and how much money can be saved?
Estimated salary - ₹ 70,000 to ₹ 90,000 per month. After taxes, insurance, expenses necessary for living such as food, estimated savings ₹ 35,000 to ₹ 40,000 per month.
4. Why do we need to get training at Lohia first, to go to Japan under Japan training program?
Basic Japanese language study is required to get successful placement in Japan under TITP so It is very important to learn first Japanese language and it’s culture, at Lohia in order to live and succeed in Japan.
5. What can I expect to learn from this training program in India?
You will be taught about Japanese language, conversational skill, culture, work habits etc. which are necessary knowledge for succeeding in Japan.
6. Who can apply for this program?
Minimum 10th or ITI pass candidates
Date of birth between 02 Oct’ 1990 and 01 Oct’ 2002
7. What will be my job profile in Japan?
Blue-collar worker trainee. Not in the rank of Supervisor or Engineer or office worker.
8. How long is this training program in India and how will be the assessment during the training ?
Training Duration :
• 1 Month (Online Class) those performing up to expectation will be admitted to the main six
month training in Kanpur.
Assessment During Training:
• Throughout during training, evaluations will be done. Poor performers may be asked to leave
the program. Such trainees will not be asked to pay Training Fees
• Even at the end of six months training, the training will be considered complete only if
candidates get passing grade in final evaluation.
9. Where will the trainees stay during the training program?
The 6-month program in India is completely residential, in which the trainee will have to stay in the hostel
of Lohia’s Japan Training Program in Kanpur.
10. What is the application procedure?

Step 3- Qualified applicants will be contacted for further procedure.
Step 4- After Interview, list of selected candidates will be released. On payment of ₹2,000 fee, applicants will join one month of Online Class
Step 5- Those performing up to expectation in One-month online class will be allowed to join physical batch in Kanpur.
11. How much is the total program fee?

12. When will the next batch start?
We regularly start new online batches.
13. Will trainee have to pay the air ticket cost of going to Japan?
Lohia will arrange the air ticket to Japan at no additional cost to trainee.
14. Is placement in Japan guaranteed after completing the Lohia Japan Training in India?
During this program, every trainee is evaluated regularly. The final decision to select the trainee will be made by the Japanese company based on this evaluation. There is no guarantee of going to Japan. Going to Japan will depend on available companies and your performance. We charge training fee only after placement has been confirmed.
15. In which field will the trainees work?
Agriculture, Construction etc. (Other sectors possible to be considered in future)
16. After complete training in Japan, what benefit will I get?
Trainees will get opportunities to earn skill certificates from the Government of Japan by passing skill exams. These certificates are recognized by Japanese companies located all over the world. Since the trainees will become proficient in Japanese language, Japanese companies give priority to these trainees when hiring in India.
17. How many trainees got placement in Japan as of current record?
Our 17 trainees have found placement to work in Japan under this program. 5 trainees are currently undergoing visa process to go to Japan.
18. When do trainees arrive in Japan?
About 6 months after getting selected by Japanese Company
19. Does Lohia Corp provide loans for trainees who cannot pay ₹2.5 Lakh amount when going to Japan?
Yes, Lohia Corp can help trainees to get loan on interest, from loan agencies for upto ₹2 lakh

Updated Aug 8th, 202020. Is there any support we can get in Japan, if needed?
TITP system ensures that hiring company and Supervising Organisation take the responsibility to support Indian trainees. Japanese government too supports trainees.
21. Since we will be working only 40 hours a week, can we take another part time job too?
NO. Any other paid work is illegal. But overtime at company is allowed.
22. Are we allowed to visit India during 3 years of training?
No, you are not allowed to visit India during the 3 Yrs, only in extreme emergency it can be permitted. Also note that trainees will have to spend their own money to travel. It costs about Rs 1 Lakh to arrange that travel.
23. During three years in Japan, any bonus /promotions?
One should not expect any bonus or promotion. All salary details will be given when Japanese company will select trainees and sign a contract.
24. Will Lohia help trainees to get job in India after returning from Japan?
Yes. And job chances automatically become higher in India after learning Skills in Japan, including Japanese language.
25. What amount can be save while working in Japan?
Our experience has been that if trainee spends carefully in Japan, the savings are between ₹10 lakh to ₹17 lakh. But it entirely depends on the spending habits of trainee.
