Plastics Woven Bag Testing Laboratory (PWBTL) is equipped with the advanced apparatus for PP/HDPE Woven fabric product Testing as per BIS,ISO Specification, This laboratory has focus on a wide range of testing Parameter, accredited with ISO/IEC – 17025:2017 Guidelines by National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL). TTRC Lab has the complete range of investigation of Polymers, Plastics and composites and undertakes assignment of Quality control for the products under scope of NABL Accreditation.

  • HDPE/PP Woven sack for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (all test as per IS 11652:2017)
  • HDPE/PP Woven sack for Packaging of Fertilizer (all test as per IS 9755:2016)
  • HDPE/PP Woven sack for Packaging of 50 kg Food Grains (all test as per IS 14887:2014)
  • HDPE/PP Woven sack for Packaging of 10, 15, 20, 25 & 30 kg Food Grains (all test as per IS 16208:2015)
  • HDPE/PP Leno Woven sacks for Packaging & Storage of Fruits and Vegetables (all test as per IS 16187:2014)
  • HDPE/PP Woven sack for Packaging of 50 kg/25 kg Sugar (all test as per IS 14968:2015)
  • HDPE/PP Woven sack for Packaging of 25 kg Polymer Materials (all test as per IS 16703:2017)
  • PP Woven, Laminated, Block Bottom Valve Sacks for Packaging of 50 kg Cement (all test as per IS 16709:2017 excluding Air Permeability test)
  • Tarpaulin made from HDPE Woven Fabric (Only Tensile Strength/Elongation, mass of sack & Ash content as per IS 7903: 2017)
  • Flexible Intermediate bulk container (FIBC) UV Resistance Test (IS 14738 -Pt 5:1999)
