As per the requirement of industry, TTRC undertakes technical services related to testing and analysis of different grades of raw material & additives, optimization of formulation of material and aditives for different types of raffia products.

Typical scope of technical Services are:

Trial of different grades of material, master batches, additives.
Developmental work on producing fabric from new generation or grade of polymeric material with additives/master batch.
Lab services for material identification, composition analysis of woven fabric.
Testing of material & tapes-grade verification through MFI testing.
Filler/calcium carbonate content analysis on material & woven fabrics.
UV resistance testing of yarn, tapes and woven fabrics.
