EXPERIENCE :
Mr. Kumar has 17 years of work experience in field of academics and educating young intellectuals, during his tenure, he has served to various engineering institutions of northern India at rank of HOD and Dean Academics. He has expertise in designing of mechanical systems; his research interest is "processing of new materials and their engineering applications". He has led several projects for the society welfare; currently, he is working on development of new material for light weight prosthetic foot.

EXPERIENCE :
Mr. Vibhash Rai, professional qualified with M. Tech. in VLSI design has got 16 years of experience in Academics specifically in the realm of Electrical & Electronics at different Engineering institutes. He has completed two research paper on "Design of High gain Transimpedance CMOS Amplifier for optical fibre communication" during his research work. He has acquired acumen in maintenance, troubleshooting related to machinery, control panels, PLCs, Pneumatics, Drives & equipment used in plastics woven sack manufacturing.

EXPERIENCE :
Mr. Sachin has 9.5 years of work experience in academics and guidingthe youth. During his academic tenure, he headed the training department and functioned as assistant professor in reputed engineering institutions. He has proficiency in assembly of circular looms and tape stretching plant.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
Diploma in "Mechanical Engineering" from Hewett Polytechnic, Lucknow.
EXPERIENCE :
Total 38 years of experience in component machining, process enhancement, and team management. He is expert in handling production operations for manufacturing of components like jigs- fixtures, and accountable for quality of the components produced. He has a rich experience in manufacturing of A-class components for plant machinery of tape extrusion line such as Gear Box (HSG), Extrusion Die, Screen Changer, Godets & Rollers; also, has good involvement of making components for auto mobile industries & defence sector.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION :
Diploma in "Mechanical Engineering" from Govt. Polytechnic, Kanpur.
EXPERIENCE :
Mr. Vasu has 4.5 years of working experience in field of sheet metal, fabrication of heavy machineries and quality related work. He has expertise in special gauges to analyse critical parts along with operational proficiency in forming operations like bending; MMAW, MIG, TIG operations of different materials and cutting processes like Laser, Plasma and Shearing.

EXPERIENCE :
Mr. Rajeev Kumar, has 12 years of experience in Electrical machine maintenance, Control panel assembly, Diesel Generators etc.

Mr. Hariom has 25 years of working experience in field of assembly, maintenance and quality of mechanical, electrical as well as electronic components/machines. He has also expertise in operations and packaging of LCL machines. He has proficiency in assembly of circular looms and tape stretching plants, winder and conversion.
